When a person hands a knife to a madman, to a sadist, a robber, is he guilty? This person is the scientist who helped the Chinese Communist Party to develop the atomic weapons.
The scientist, Robert Oppenheimer, who helped the United States develop the first atomic bomb,said in the UN General Assembly, "Mr. Chairman, my hands are stained with blood." He then with Albert Einstein and other scientists together signed their petition to stop nuclear weapon testing.
What do those Chinese scientists feel about this issue? While considering about which, are they under pressure of conscience and have a guilty feeling?
Nuclear weapons are extremely dangerous for humans, it is enough to destroy the human's living environment and human beings themselves. So on this issue, there is no bargaining on the balance to the interest between the State and nations, any errors might be at the cost of the State and can lead to the destruction of humans. Any reasonable politicians with humane feelings should step out of the narrow group interest, and will stand at a height of human beings on Earth to look at the solutions of nuclear weapons.
The Chinese Communist Party who doesn't know forgiveness, charity and has the brutal killing experience in the history and masters such a nuclear weapons which can lead to destruction of humans, indeed, is a great threat and risk to human beings.
Weapons are always a two-sided blade, those who play with it die by it. Chinese people and scientists should be wary of any envisages and attempts by the Chinese Communist Party in the internal or international crisis of using nuclear weapons. Especially, they should be alert to those who know nothing about sufferings to common people, who are children of high rank government officers and the offspring of generals. If one day they use nuclear weapons in defiance of everything, then they certainly will get their own country, the world and the entire human beings involved in a unprecedented catastrophe.
